A seasoned Fortune 500 Global Executive with 16+ years of experience in strategic development, and the negotiating and structuring of highly complex multi-national deals. An innovative, skillful, and strategic negotiator, Mr. Cota has personally led and successfully negotiated over 120 multi-million-dollar contracts and renewals across the globe for some of the world’s largest and most well-respected organizations throughout his career in the private sector, including: Coca-Cola, Aetna, Humana, Whirlpool, Caterpillar, Chase, Wells Fargo, Mercedes Benz, AIG, among many more. In addition to being on the Board of Trustees for The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine, Mr. Cota currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for the Arizona Department of Education, Liaison to the Navajo Nation for the Arizona Department of Education, and is proud Chairman of the Arizona Education Economic Commission.
Ms. Colette Chapman is the Associate Superintendent at the Arizona Department of Education over Exceptional Student Services (ESS), Health and Nutrition Services, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and Adult Education Services. She previously served at the Department as a special education complaint investigator, due process coordinator and as the State Special Education Director. Ms. Chapman’s focus has always been on the needs of her community. Her true passion continues to be that all students deserve the opportunity to realize their full potential, leading to the creation of thriving communities.
Before being appointed to her current role, Ms. Chapman was the Victims’ Rights Compliance Administrator at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. She has been recognized by the United States Department of Justice for her extraordinary commitment and contributions to crime victims’ rights enforcement in Arizona. Most recently, Ms. Chapman received the “Making a Difference” Award from the Arizona Attorney General for her hard work and dedication to the Criminal Division.
In addition to her primary job responsibilities and serving on the Arizona State Board for the Deaf and the Blind, Ms. Chapman serves as co-chair for the Arizona Career and Technical Education Quality Commission and co-chair for the Arizona Education Economic Commission (AEEC). She is also on the AZ State Board of Education’s Special Education Evaluation Ad Hoc Subcommittee. Ms. Chapman holds a master’s in education from Northern Arizona University (NAU) and has dedicated herself to a lifetime of learning, collaborating, and leading.

Her academic foundations were laid at Oxford Brooks University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Managing System Information. She expanded her knowledge with postgraduate studies in Managing Healthcare Service Organizations at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and proceeded with her academic journey with a master’s degree in the Science of Health Care Service Delivery from Arizona State University (ASU).
Anna’s significant contributions are manifested through her leadership in one of the largest projects, both scale and funds-wise, of digital transformation in Europe. She has been a leading figure in shaping the international transformation of data exchange, ensuring seamless interoperability, and fostering collaborations among multiple national and international stakeholders. As, a co-founder of the National Interoperability Council in Poland, Anna led a Public-Private Partnership initiative, which resulted in the nationwide implementation of interoperability standards for data exchange.
Anna’s advocacy for citizen empowerment and literacy has been a driving force behind her relentless pursuit of accessible and comprehensive digital services for communities and access to healthcare and education. Her commitment has catalyzed transformative changes, offering citizens streamlined access to essential digital services and information, subsequently enhancing individual and community well-being.
With years of transformative experience in both the public and private sectors and distinguished qualifications, she is an invaluable and strategic leader concentrating on inducing economic growth at multiple levels by aligning and implementing innovative and impactful solutions.
Tina is the Executive Director of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR), Arizona’s premier international affairs non-profit. Prior to joining PCFR in a leadership capacity, Tina was the Public Affairs committee co-chair and served on the Board of Directors. Tina started her career as a political intern at the U.S. Embassy in Rome before going into the private sector, where she helped Arizona companies expand across the nation and around the globe. Outside of her Executive Director role, Tina is involved with multiple internationally focused organizations with the goal of increasing Arizona’s prominence internationally. Tina works to advocate for Arizona and increase economic development opportunities through international trade and diplomacy. In 2022, she was selected by City of Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego for the Phoenix Sister Cities Global Citizen Award.
She was born in Kosovo and immigrated to the United States with her family as war refugees. Tina is committed to giving back to her country of birth and recently joined Project C.U.R.E. on a volunteer mission to provide medical supplies to hospitals and medical centers in Kosovo.
Tina is passionate about workforce development and importing best practices around the world to Arizona’s education system. It is an honor to have her on the Commission. Tina is the International Ambassador for the Arizona Education Economic Commission, and proud Founding Member.
Dr. Werner Bonadurer is a clinical professor of finance at the Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business. Professor Bonadurer lectured previously at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. His expertise benefits students in courses on portfolio management, security analysis, derivative securities, financial risk management and international finance.
Professor Bonadurer graduated with honors as Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Werner Bonadurer received his Ph.D. (doctor of business administration with concentration in finance) with summa cum laude in 2007 from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), St. Gallen, Switzerland. In addition, Professor Bonadurer underwent extensive corporate executive training at the Harvard Business School, the Stern Business School at NYU, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, the IMD at the Singapore Institute of Management and INSEAD at Fontainebleau in France as well as at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dr. Bonadurer’s research interests concentrate on hedge fund investments. He published new work in his book, The Performance Persistence of Equity Long/short Hedge Funds (published by Paul Haupt Verlag, 2007).
For more than 15 years (1983-1999), Dr. Bonadurer has built worldwide management and senior executive experience with a leading global banking organization as he has lived and worked in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Assignments included positions as joint-chief operating officer of UBS’ Investment Banking division, member of the group executive board and global head of UBS’ Group Division “Trading and Sales” with overall management responsibility for the trading and sales of equity and fixed income securities, interest rate and foreign exchange products, precious metals and other commodities (1996-98), and as CEO of UBS in Hong Kong (1993-95).
Werner Bonadurer has been nominated “Global Leader of Tomorrow” by the World Economic Forum, Geneva, Switzerland and “Young Leader” by the American Swiss Foundation, New York.
On May 1, 2019, Werner Bonadurer was nominated to become the Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Phoenix, Arizona.
