Who we are

AEEC

Created to change a paradigm of education in Arizona 

This is a statewide Industry-Driven Initiative. Our mission is to revolutionize the education system across the state with a strong focus on changing the meaning and value of Career Technical Education. Arizona's leading industries uniquely drive this unprecedented reform, creating a powerful partnership between education and the workforce. By aligning educational pathways on all levels of education with industry needs, we aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge required for the careers of tomorrow. This statewide initiative addresses the immediate demands of our economy and ensures a prosperous future for all Arizonans. Together, we are setting a new standard for education reform nationwide.

We are industry leading executives committed to raising academic outcomes, creating jobs, and driving sustainable economic growth. We accomplish this by building scalable Professional Career Onboarding and workforce development programs.

Our Experience

 Created by the Arizona Department of Education and based on the Swiss Apprenticeship Model, the AEEC is a TRUE Public-Private Partnership, led by the private sector. An international team comprised of educational experts and industry leading C-Level executives; this results-based organization is guided by proven global best practices.
